Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a product from Plumtrade that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
  2. Incorrect Items: If Plumtrade sends you the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct item to you at no extra charge.
  3. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the plumbing services provided by Plumtrade, please reach out to us within 30 days. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to Plumtrade customer service with your order number and details about the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: You may be required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team at Plumtrade.
  3. Shipping the Item: Return the item in its original packaging with all components included. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item at Plumtrade, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

Please note that custom-made products or items from Plumtrade that have been installed and cannot be resold are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any services rendered that have already been completed and accepted may not qualify for a refund.
